What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will be the technical point of contact for some of our largest clients in the enterprise sector. Your role will involve understanding customer goals and objectives, and demonstrating how the Elastic Stack can address their specific needs. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to enable successful engagements and drive customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing tailored solutions, conducting technical workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our products. You will also engage with the regional Elastic community through events and programs, sharing your expertise and fostering relationships.
