What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the project management office at ELEKS, focusing on software solutions for biopharma process automation. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring quality standards are met. You will facilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to keep projects on track. You will also be responsible for reporting project status to senior management and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
