What you'll do
As the Manager of the Portfolio Operations Team, you will oversee the daily activities of your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet performance goals. You will be responsible for the operational health of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects, which includes monitoring performance metrics and addressing any issues that arise. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you will need to communicate effectively about project status and challenges.
