Job Description
Who you are
You have 3-5 years of B2B field marketing experience and a builder's mindset — you thrive in establishing processes from scratch and know how to prioritize effectively. You are comfortable moving quickly from strategy to execution, demonstrating autonomy in shaping marketing approaches. Your experience includes collaborating closely with sales teams to understand segment priorities and account needs, translating them into actionable marketing plans. You possess strong analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on pipeline growth and customer engagement.
Desirable
Experience in the life sciences sector is a plus, as is familiarity with integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth. You are adept at planning and executing various marketing activities, including targeted account activities, industry campaigns, webinars, and events. Your ability to create and refine processes for event management, from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up, sets you apart. You are also skilled in designing follow-up campaigns and sales enablement activities tailored to field-specific needs.
What you'll do
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will build Elicit's field marketing function from the ground up, establishing strategy, processes, and measurement frameworks. You will partner with sales teams to understand segment priorities and revenue targets, translating them into actionable field marketing plans. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and measuring field marketing programs that encompass targeted account activities, industry campaigns, webinars, executive dinners, and conferences. You will create and refine processes for end-to-end event management, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
You will also design and execute follow-up campaigns and nurture programs that enhance customer engagement with researchers and life sciences organizations. Establishing reporting and analytics to track program performance will be crucial, as you will need to demonstrate the impact of your initiatives on pipeline and revenue. Your role will require significant collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
What we offer
Elicit provides a flexible work environment across North America and Europe, with fully covered health, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and generous family coverage. You will enjoy flexible vacation time, with a recommended minimum of 20 days, and a 401(k) plan with a 6% employer match. Additionally, you will receive a $2,000 device budget and ongoing equipment refresh, along with a personal and professional development budget. The company also hosts quarterly in-person retreats and coworking events to foster team collaboration and connection.
