You have 3+ years of experience in AI applications, particularly in providing post-deployment support for AI and Chatbot solutions. Your background includes configuring and integrating AI workflows using platform APIs and customer data, ensuring that customer workflows are optimized for performance and reliability. You possess strong troubleshooting skills, allowing you to resolve production issues related to platform APIs and data integration effectively.

You are adept at designing, executing, and analyzing A/A experiments to enhance workflow reliability and quality. Your ability to monitor workflow performance using observability dashboards and business metrics is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. You have a customer-first approach, focusing on translating customer requirements into effective GenAI automation flows and refining prompts for optimized performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will configure and integrate AI workflows, ensuring that they meet customer needs and enhance efficiency. You will troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise, working closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, and DevOps to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring workflow performance and maintaining high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely updates.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that the AI solutions provided meet business needs and enhance overall productivity. Your role will involve developing and automating repeatable steps in customer experience workflows, contributing to the continuous optimization of Ema's AI technology.
