What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a foundational member of the AI Applications team, where you will envision, design, and build innovative AI tools. You will take on the responsibilities of a product manager, designer, and developer, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying problem statements and leveraging Agentic AI to address them effectively.

You will collaborate with other engineers and product managers to ensure that the AI tools you develop align with Ema's vision of empowering employees. Your work will directly contribute to the company's mission of creating an AI-native organization that enhances creativity and productivity.
