Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing customer relationships and ensuring value realization in enterprise settings — your experience allows you to navigate complex workflows and understand the nuances of AI-driven systems. You are comfortable discussing agentic systems, integrations, and UX tradeoffs with credibility, making you a trusted partner for both customers and internal teams.
Your ability to manage change effectively is crucial — you understand that AI value can be lost without strong ownership and change management practices. You are adept at interpreting usage data and system behavior, helping customers make sense of their AI implementations and ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes.
What you'll do
As the AI Outcomes Manager, you will own the post-sales value realization process for Ema’s enterprise customers — this involves working closely with Sales, Value Engineering, AI Implementation, and Product teams to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. You will be the first escalation point when delivery is under pressure, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
You will facilitate a closed-loop feedback system between customers, delivery teams, and product management — this will involve gathering insights from customer interactions and translating them into actionable improvements for the product. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that customers not only adopt AI solutions but also derive significant value from them.
What we offer
Ema offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $220,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. You will be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of AI technology, working alongside leaders from top tech companies.
