What you'll do
As an AI Success Engineer at OpenAI, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for some of our most important customers. Your role will involve driving account health and adoption by ensuring that customers are technically ready to implement OpenAI's solutions. You will identify new use cases and deliver measurable value, guiding customers through the entire process from deployment to scaled enterprise adoption.
You will partner deeply with customer teams, mapping workflows and leading configuration and enablement efforts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing deployment plans and ensuring that customers are equipped to showcase the full value of our platform. You will collaborate closely with sales, solutions architecture, product, and research teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Success in this role means accelerating adoption and increasing customer activation depth. You will guide strategic use cases that lead to production and help shape how AI changes work and innovation within organizations. Your insights and expertise will play a crucial role in transforming customer engagements into success stories that highlight the impact of AI.
