Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical integration and customer advisory, ideally with experience in the education sector. You excel in driving account health and adoption, ensuring that customers are technically ready to leverage AI solutions effectively. Your ability to identify high-impact use cases and deliver measurable value is key to your success in this role.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner deeply with customer teams and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams. You are adept at mapping workflows and leading configuration and enablement efforts, ensuring a seamless deployment experience for educational institutions.

Your experience includes a blend of technical leadership and program management, enabling you to guide institutions toward high-impact use cases that showcase the full value of OpenAI's platform. You are passionate about transforming workflows and driving innovation through AI.

Desirable

Experience in the education sector or with educational institutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business contexts will enhance your ability to influence product direction and customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of education institutions, responsible for driving account health and adoption. You will ensure that customers are technically ready to implement OpenAI's solutions, guiding them through the deployment process and helping them realize the full potential of AI in their operations.

You will work closely with customer teams to identify high-impact academic and administrative use cases, delivering measurable value through tailored solutions. Your role will involve overseeing deployment plans and leading configuration efforts, ensuring that institutions can effectively integrate AI into their workflows.

Collaboration is key in this position; you will partner with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research teams to ensure a connected and successful customer experience across all touchpoints. Your insights will help shape how AI changes work, productivity, and innovation in the education sector.
