Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to deliver impactful products that enhance user experiences.

You possess a deep understanding of customer problems and can translate complex requirements into scalable solutions — your analytical skills enable you to leverage data and research to inform product decisions. You are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and can effectively communicate product vision and strategy to diverse audiences.

Your experience includes working with enterprise-level clients, where you've navigated the nuances of global deployments — you understand the challenges of scaling products across different markets and cultures. You are passionate about leveraging AI to improve employee productivity and creativity, and you thrive in environments that encourage innovation.

Desirable

Experience with Agentic AI or similar technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with customer support and HR operations — you are always looking for ways to enhance your skill set and stay ahead of industry trends. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for Ema's Employee Experience suite — your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build prototypes and develop reliable, patent-grade products that meet customer needs.

You will conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement — your insights will drive product enhancements and inform go-to-market strategies. You will empower sales and marketing teams with the tools and narratives they need to effectively communicate the value of Ema's offerings to potential clients.

You will also manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployments and ongoing support — your role will involve understanding their unique challenges and working collaboratively to deliver tailored solutions that drive success. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Ema's product offerings, leveraging your expertise to influence product direction and strategy.
