You have over 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and hiring for technical roles across various functions such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, and QA. Your expertise in stakeholder management allows you to effectively partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Your sourcing skills are top-notch, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub to build proactive talent pipelines. You are creative in your approach to sourcing niche and high-demand technical skills, maintaining consistent pipeline health and providing regular updates on hiring progress. You understand the importance of clear communication and timely follow-ups to ensure an excellent candidate experience, driving offer negotiations and closing strategies effectively.
You are committed to process excellence and continuously seek to improve interview efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity. Your analytical mindset helps you track qualified candidate pipelines and improve funnel conversion rates, ultimately reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high standards.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. You will run structured intake meetings with stakeholders to align on role requirements and interview loops, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective. You will also be responsible for building proactive talent pipelines, executing creative sourcing strategies, and maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
You will partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and scorecards, ensuring that the candidate experience is seamless and positive. Your ability to drive offer negotiations and closing strategies will be crucial in securing top talent for the organization. You will also focus on improving interview process efficiency and tracking qualified candidate pipelines for key open roles, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
