Overview

Ema is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering and product teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring processes. This position requires 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment.

Who you are

You are an experienced Technical Recruiter with over 5 years of experience in driving end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You have a proven track record of partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring processes. Your expertise in sourcing and stakeholder management allows you to deliver a high-quality candidate experience while hiring at speed without compromising quality.

You excel in managing multiple requisitions across various levels and functions, including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, and QA. You are skilled in running structured intake meetings and aligning hiring plans with stakeholders to ensure clarity and efficiency in the recruitment process.

Your proactive approach to building talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards sets you apart. You execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and high-demand technical skills, maintaining consistent pipeline health and sharing weekly hiring progress updates with your team.

You understand the importance of stakeholder and candidate management, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensuring an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups. Your ability to drive offer negotiation and closing strategies with candidates is a key strength.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. You will manage multiple requisitions across different levels and functions, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective.

You will build proactive talent pipelines using various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, while executing creative strategies to attract candidates with high-demand technical skills. Your focus on maintaining pipeline health will involve regular updates and communication with stakeholders about hiring progress.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create scorecards, and design interview loops that align with the company's hiring goals. Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience will be a priority, as you will communicate clearly and follow up promptly with candidates throughout the process.

Your role will also involve improving interview process efficiency, feedback quality, and hiring velocity. You will track qualified candidate pipelines for key open roles and work on strategies to improve funnel conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire.
