Who you are
You have a strong background in technical solutions and a passion for AI technology — your experience allows you to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions. You excel in collaboration, working effectively both independently and as part of a global team, ensuring that customer needs are met with precision and care.
You are adept at delivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of potential customers — showcasing key features and benefits of the technology is second nature to you. Your ability to position yourself as a Trusted Advisor to key customer stakeholders helps you achieve their desired business outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable the deployment of technical solutions based on those needs. You will develop an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures, which will empower you to deliver impactful product demonstrations.
You will work closely with customers to execute successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), demonstrating the feasibility and value of Ema in their environment. Your role will involve designing and architecting solutions that align with customer business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
You will drive project teams towards common goals, accelerating the adoption of Ema’s solutions. Throughout the engagement, you will demonstrate and communicate the value of Ema’s solution, from demo to proof of concept to running workshops, design sessions, and implementation with customers and stakeholders.
