What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Engineer, you will deeply embed with OpenAI's most strategic platform customers, serving as their technical lead — your role involves establishing a Generative AI strategy that aligns with their business goals. You will work closely with their technical teams to move from prototype to production, ensuring that the solutions you design deliver tangible results.

You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Applied Research, to drive the deployment of AI applications — your insights will help shape the backlog of GenAI use cases tailored to each customer's industry. You will also provide strong technical guidance throughout the deployment process, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the solutions are scalable and effective.

Your responsibilities will include designing enterprise architectures that maximize customer value using OpenAI technologies — you will leverage tools like the OpenAI API and ChatGPT to create innovative applications that enhance customer service and automate content generation.
