What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable the deployment of technical solutions tailored to their needs. You will develop an in-depth understanding of Ema’s technology and underlying architectures, allowing you to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase key features and benefits. Working closely with customers, you will execute successful proofs of concept (PoCs) that demonstrate the feasibility and value of Ema's solutions in their environments. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, focusing on achieving their desired business outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to design and architect solutions that align with their business goals, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Throughout the engagement, you will demonstrate and communicate the value of Ema’s solutions, from initial demos to implementation workshops and design sessions.
