You have a proven track record in presales leadership — you've successfully managed RFPs and RFIs, creating compelling proposals that resonate with clients. Your ability to bridge business needs with technical realities sets you apart, allowing you to define integrations and data flows that drive customer success.

Desirable

Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of customer experience solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM and ERP will enhance your ability to deliver comprehensive solutions.

What you'll do
