Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions architecture, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or identity management. You understand the importance of machine identities in securing networks and have a passion for helping customers solve complex challenges. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building trust with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. You are detail-oriented and can guide customers through structured decision-making processes, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions you present.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Venafi, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, acting as the primary technical expert. You will partner closely with sales executives to drive the technology evaluation phase, ensuring that potential customers understand how Venafi's solutions can meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include determining the necessity of demonstrations or proof-of-concepts (POCs) and aligning them with specific success criteria. You will showcase Venafi product features and functionalities, conducting POC integrations where necessary. Your mission will be to articulate the tangible business value of Venafi technology to both business and technical stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers, building credibility and trust as you address their real business challenges.
