What you'll do

As a Senior BillingPlatform System Administrator, you will own and optimize the performance and configuration of the BillingPlatform software environment. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless quote-to-cash execution and maintaining strong financial controls across revenue operations. You will partner closely with various teams to support core billing processes and troubleshoot any complex issues that arise.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation, compliance, and scalability within the billing processes. This includes analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that streamline operations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that the BillingPlatform integrates effectively with Salesforce, NetSuite, and data warehouse systems.

In this role, you will also play a key part in the transition to a hybrid work model, initially working remotely but transitioning to a hybrid setup once the Boston/Burlington area office is established. Your ability to adapt to changing work environments and maintain productivity will be crucial as you collaborate with team members both in-person and remotely.
