What you'll do

As the Vice President of Asset Management, you will lead all aspects of the Technical Asset Management team, focusing on maximizing the long-term value and reliability of Encore's renewable energy portfolio. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance asset performance across various metrics, including safety, availability, and energy production. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives that align with the company's goals and investor expectations.

You will serve as the internal owner of operating assets, ensuring they perform in line with pro-forma expectations while identifying areas for enhancement. This position is critical for building investor confidence and integrating operational lessons into project design and development. You will report directly to the CEO, playing a key leadership role as the company scales its operating portfolio.
