Your sound judgment and ability to manage multiple tasks make you an ideal candidate for the Associate Asset Manager position. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring compliance with legal and security standards. You are comfortable using asset management systems like Jira or ServiceNow to track and manage IT hardware assets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from procurement and deployment through retirement and disposal. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory across all global locations, ensuring that the organization has the necessary devices to meet business needs. You will partner with HR and IT Support to forecast device needs for new hires and manage hardware logistics, including receiving, imaging, asset tagging, shipping, and returns. Additionally, you will track and manage software provisioning and procurement as needed, ensuring compliance with legal and security standards. Your role will also involve performing forensic data preservation and system backups in coordination with the Legal team.
