What you'll do

In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the Information Systems Software Engineering team, managing approximately 35 software developers across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers scalable, secure, and architecturally sound solutions on time and on budget. Your role will involve liaising closely with Product, Business Analysts, and internal Business Units to align technical execution with business objectives. You will lead the development of reusable software solutions that support programs in energy efficiency and distributed energy resources. As a technical influencer, you will guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative technologies to enhance the quality and impact of the software solutions developed.

You will also play a crucial role in shaping the culture of the engineering department, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment. Your leadership will be key in driving the team's growth and maturity as the organization expands its capabilities.
