What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Solar Programs team in driving customer participation in the Illinois Shines program, which aims to make solar energy more accessible and affordable for residents. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of the Consumer Protection team to ensure that all program activities align with regulatory requirements and best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing program strategies, overseeing implementation, and monitoring compliance with consumer protection standards.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to promote the benefits of solar energy and facilitate community engagement. This includes organizing outreach efforts, conducting informational sessions, and addressing any concerns raised by consumers. You will also analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the program meets its goals and contributes to the broader objective of a decarbonized grid.
