What you'll do

As the Director of Software Engineering, you will lead a talented team of approximately 35 software developers, guiding them in the development of reusable software solutions that support energy efficiency programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of projects, ensuring that they align with the strategic goals of EnergySolutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets the needs of diverse clients.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Information Systems Software Engineering team, driving innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices. Your strategic vision will help the company mature as an enterprise, balancing technical execution with business objectives.
