The Engine is hiring a Lab Operations Associate to assist in day-to-day lab operations and serve as the primary contact for lab requests. This role is based in Cambridge, MA, and focuses on ensuring the labs and equipment are operational and efficient.

You have a keen interest in supporting the day-to-day activities of a laboratory environment and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help you thrive in this role, as you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the labs and equipment. What you'll do

As a Lab Operations Associate, you will assist in the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly. You will serve as the main point of contact for lab requests, addressing any issues that arise and coordinating with the Lab Operations Manager to resolve them. Your responsibilities will also include supporting space planning and infrastructure development to better serve the companies and individuals utilizing The Engine's facilities. You will work closely with a team dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting the growth of early-stage companies.
