What you'll do

As a Supervisor of Lab Operations, you will oversee the daily operations of the Lab Operations Associate Team, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to support lab activities. You will manage the movement, storage, and disposal of samples, maintaining organization and compliance with safety standards. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert on the Path Lab Asset Tracker system, ensuring that all samples are tracked and stored appropriately. You will also be responsible for maintaining lab floor plans and assisting with the cleanup of biohazardous and chemical waste. Additionally, you will identify and document any occurrences that deviate from defined procedures, developing and maintaining lab processes and workflows as needed. Your leadership will ensure that all lab operations associate duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
