You have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment — your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems is complemented by your ability to lead and mentor electricians. You understand the importance of safety practices and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Your technical knowledge includes working with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and motor controls, which allows you to effectively support production processes and improve operational metrics.

You are skilled in analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement — your analytical mindset helps you enhance safety, uptime, quality, and energy consumption. You have experience organizing teams and managing schedules, ensuring that all electricians are well-trained and equipped to handle their responsibilities. What you'll do

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians in maintaining and repairing electrical and control systems within the production facility. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your role will involve creating and managing shift schedules, including work station assignments and training for new employees. You will also oversee adherence to safety practices and ensure that all electrical equipment meets federal, state, and local codes.

In addition to supervising your team, you will provide technical support to production team members, helping them understand the electrical aspects of the production process. You will analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, working closely with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
