You are a licensed Electrician with a strong background in low voltage systems and hold a valid C-7 license. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring that every installation is executed with precision and care.
Desirable
Familiarity with schematic design and a deep understanding of ethernet-based systems and Power over Ethernet (POE) is a plus. Experience managing or supervising electrical technicians will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for planning field installations of residential security systems, including the placement of cameras. You will create standard operating procedures to ensure quick, accurate, and efficient operations when on-site at client locations. Leading onsite electrical troubleshooting will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and California codes. You will run conduit, pull, and terminate low voltage wiring, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for the team regarding all electrical matters.
