Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, particularly with Java and JavaScript, and you are comfortable working in cloud environments. Your expertise includes building scalable web applications and you have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. You are adept at troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring high availability and performance of applications. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers. You also have a passion for mentoring less experienced developers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in software engineering.
Desirable
Experience with Docker and AWS services is a plus, as is familiarity with Agile methodologies. You are someone who values diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace, and you are committed to creating an accessible environment for all team members.
What you'll do
