Esri is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for National Security to collaborate with distributors and promote the adoption of Esri technology. You'll leverage your enterprise sales experience to drive growth in the European national defense and security sectors.

Your expertise in geographic technology and solutions, particularly in relation to national defense and security, sets you apart as a leader in this field.
You excel at building and nurturing long-term partnerships with customers and distributors. Your communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders at all levels, and you actively share knowledge and mentor team members to foster a collaborative environment. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of leading initiatives that create impactful business opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with Esriβs distributor network to promote the adoption of Esri technology across national defense, intelligence, and security agencies in Europe. You will drive opportunities by identifying new lines of business and market segments, articulating the business value of Esri's solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your strategic thinking will be crucial as you engage with executives and key decision-makers, facilitating impactful discussions that contribute to the growth of Esri's presence in the region.
You will lead client and distributor meetings, sharing innovative ideas and strategies that align with Esri's mission and vision. Your ability to influence both internally and externally will be key to driving results and achieving business objectives. You will also play a vital role in mentoring team members, sharing your expertise, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
