What you'll do

As an Accounting Representative - AP at Esri, you will review all invoices for assigned vendors, ensuring appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. You will prepare and process payments of invoices, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while also processing 3-way purchase order matches for invoices into the SAP ERP system. Your role will involve reconciling vendor statements, credit cards, discrepancies, and overpayments, ensuring accurate documentation and records management in accordance with company policy.

You will respond to inquiries from internal and external customers utilizing a shared mailbox, providing timely and accurate information. Additionally, you will perform general office assignments as needed to support the team, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of accounts payable records and supporting the Finance and Accounting team.
