What you'll do
In this role, you will respond to inbound requests and execute a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day to generate new sales opportunities. You will demonstrate the ability to follow up, build sales relationships, and close business effectively. Utilizing both phone and electronic communication, you will manage and maintain a pipeline of target prospects, gathering information and vetting customer interest. Your proactive listening skills will help you understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Esri solutions, ensuring a strong customer experience and timely handoff of accounts for ongoing support.
