What you'll do
In this role, you will drive results by responding to inbound requests and executing a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day to generate new sales. Your efforts will help Esri fuel its growth and enable organizations around the world to leverage geography and GIS effectively. You will demonstrate the ability to follow up, build sales relationships, and close business deals.
You will utilize both phone and electronic communication to manage and maintain a pipeline of target prospects, gathering information and vetting customer interest. Your proactive approach will ensure that you listen to customer needs and recommend the best Esri solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of accounts for ongoing support.
