Who you are

You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, particularly in mobile device management. Your superior customer service skills enable you to effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations within the IST division. You possess excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented, which helps you maintain an in-house inventory of mobile devices and assist with procurement processes. Your ability to work effectively in a team environment is complemented by your independent problem-solving skills, allowing you to troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.

Desirable

While not required, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is recommended for this position. Familiarity with SAP can also be beneficial in managing procurement and inventory tasks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the focal point for the IST Division's mobile device deployments, creating purchase orders and collaborating with telecom vendors during the procurement process. You will work closely with colleagues to determine eligibility for mobile device programs and ensure that all devices are properly assigned as part of IT Asset Management. Your responsibilities will include assisting colleagues with device setup and application installation, as well as performing minor troubleshooting when necessary. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficient mobile device operations within the organization.
