Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of leading IT projects that align with organizational goals. Your experience includes developing and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and managing risks effectively. You excel in communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
You are skilled at facilitating discussions among diverse teams, including technical teams, business colleagues, and executives. Your ability to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones is key to your success in delivering projects on time and within budget. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and guiding teams in course correction when necessary.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead cross-divisional project teams to successfully deliver Esriβs strategic IT projects. You will facilitate the clear definition of project scope and deliverables, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities. You will develop and manage comprehensive project work plans, including schedules, release plans, and communication strategies, driving accountability within the project team.
You will coordinate internal and external project resources, including vendors, to support project activities and deadlines. Continuously monitoring project health, you will communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Your role will also involve guiding project teams in identifying and mitigating risks, leading discussions with sponsors and key stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
