You are a subject matter expert in Esri's platform and strategic products, able to communicate the value of these technologies confidently. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about working closely with both customers and Esri's senior leadership team. Your ability to craft and propose tailored solutions will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a GIS Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and presenting Esri software and solutions as part of the Geo Experience Center team. You will support your team in planning and executing sales strategies while becoming an expert on Esri's complete platform. Your role will involve anticipating customer needs and proactively crafting solutions that address their challenges. You will also collaborate with the software development team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into future product enhancements.
