Job Description
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience working with Esri products, including a solid understanding of ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and Online. Your familiarity with deploying Esri Field Apps such as Field Maps, Survey 123, and Navigator allows you to effectively contribute to the development of mobile and web applications. You thrive in agile work environments and are passionate about creating intuitive solutions that make a difference in critical situations.
Your ability to assess product quality and release readiness is complemented by your skills in troubleshooting product issues and limitations. You advocate for the customer, ensuring their workflows are represented in product design and delivery. You are comfortable collaborating with product teams across ArcGIS to influence upcoming development and provide valuable feedback on new software designs.
What you'll do
As part of the Field Apps team, you will develop, test, and release mobile and web applications that transform how organizations respond to critical situations. You will assess product quality and readiness for release, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your role will involve advocating for customer needs and ensuring their workflows are integrated into product design.
You will collaborate with various product teams across ArcGIS, providing insights and feedback on new software designs through design and implementation reviews. Additionally, you will write and present conceptual topics, blog articles, and tutorials aimed at GIS staff and mobile workers to aid in the deployment of our applications. Your contributions will help shape the future of mobile solutions in the GIS space.
