You have 5+ years of experience in product engineering, particularly in geospatial technology, and you are passionate about community engagement. Your background includes a blend of user experience, digital design, and full-stack development skills, allowing you to deliver advanced solutions using ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Online. You are proficient in HTML, CSS, and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, which you leverage to create impactful community platforms.

You are a problem solver who enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, both technical and non-technical, to enhance community engagement workflows. Your ability to gather feedback and partner with product teams ensures that you continuously improve the solutions you deliver. You are also skilled in project management and quality assurance principles, ensuring that every project aligns with best practices.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Engineer on Esri’s Global Community Engagement Team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative geospatial solutions that foster community interest and engagement. You will apply your technical expertise to build and evolve the Community Platform Templates architecture, creating repeatable templates and enablement materials for Esri distributors and stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing community engagement workflows and collaborating with various teams to drive innovation and improve user experiences.

You will shape Esri’s global community engagement strategy by creating clear documentation, presentations, and storytelling materials that highlight community successes. Your contributions will directly impact how communities interact with geospatial technology, making it easier for them to adopt and utilize these powerful tools. You will also ensure that all projects adhere to sound project management principles, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the development process.
