Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience managing complex projects within large in-house UX, design, or digital creative agencies — you've successfully led initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. Your strong communication skills allow you to provide clear updates on timelines, risks, and progress, serving as the central point of contact for project status and decision-making. You have a proven track record of improving workflows and documentation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within your teams. Your ability to facilitate key meetings and maintain alignment across teams is crucial to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience with digital design processes and user-centered design principles is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving, and you are committed to driving change management initiatives that enhance team efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage design-driven projects, planning, executing, and delivering complex UX and foundational design initiatives on time and within scope. You will coordinate schedules, requirements, dependencies, and resources across multiple workstreams, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed. You will facilitate key meetings, ensuring clear communication and maintaining alignment across teams, while also providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project timelines and risks.
