What you'll do

As a Senior Instructor at Esri, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. You will identify skill gaps among users and address them through targeted training sessions and workshops. Your role will involve providing ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them overcome challenges and enhancing their proficiency in ArcGIS software. You will collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Your contributions will support Esri customers across multiple industries, including Defense, Public Safety, and Health Services.
