What you'll do

As a Senior Instructor at Esri, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. Your primary goal will be to enhance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software, both domestically and internationally. You will identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training sessions and workshops, providing ongoing support and guidance to users as they navigate challenges. Collaborating with customers, you will help them understand their business processes and ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Your contributions will support Esri customers across multiple industries, including Defense, Public Safety, and Health Services, ultimately enabling them to maximize their use of ArcGIS.
