What you'll do

As a Senior Instructor at Esri, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. Your role will involve creating a dynamic learning environment that enhances users' proficiency in ArcGIS software both domestically and internationally. You will provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing their questions and helping them overcome challenges.

You will collaborate with organizations to expand the use of ArcGIS maps and applications, ensuring sustainable GIS workflows and operations. Your contributions will support Esri customers across multiple industries, including Defense and Intelligence, Public Safety, and Health and Human Services. You will play a key role in enabling customers to grow their ArcGIS user skills and productivity, ultimately driving the strategic impact of GIS programs within their organizations.
