Who you are
You have a strong background in GIS and teaching, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences that empower users. Your expertise in ArcGIS allows you to effectively communicate its strategic impact across various industries, including Defense, Public Safety, and Health Services. You stay updated on the latest GIS trends and technologies, ensuring your training content is relevant and impactful. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to address user challenges and provide ongoing support.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. You will identify skill gaps and create targeted training sessions to enhance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software. Collaborating with customers, you will understand their business processes and ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Your contributions will help users grow their skills and confidence in using ArcGIS, ultimately supporting their organizational goals.
