What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deploy and support customer ArcGIS deployments in AWS and Azure. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining operations, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. Your role will also involve optimizing processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments, ensuring a seamless experience for users. You will research and develop solutions using new cloud technologies to add value to existing deployments and contribute to the development of new offerings. Your work will directly impact the success of Esri's Managed Cloud Services program, which focuses on providing consistent elevated system support for complex customer deployments.
