You have a strong technical background with experience in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure, and you thrive in customer-facing roles. You understand the importance of optimizing processes and troubleshooting issues effectively, ensuring that customer deployments run smoothly.
You have a passion for researching and developing innovative solutions that leverage new cloud technologies, adding value to existing deployments and creating new offerings. Your experience in deploying and supporting enterprise systems makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, which help you navigate the challenges of supporting complex GIS implementations.
Desirable
Experience with GIS technologies and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with automation and streamlining operations. You may also have a background in customer support or consulting, which enhances your ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deploy cloud solutions for a diverse range of customers, including commercial, utility, natural resources, and government sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to deploy and support customer ArcGIS deployments in AWS and Azure, ensuring that operations are automated and streamlined. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, optimizing processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments.
You will also be tasked with researching and developing solutions using new cloud technologies, which will enhance existing deployments and contribute to the development of new offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. You will be responsible for providing enterprise system support, leveraging your technical expertise to address complex challenges and drive long-term success for Esri's customers.
