What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deploy cloud solutions for a diverse range of customers, including commercial entities, utilities, and government organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to deploy and support customer ArcGIS deployments in AWS and Azure, ensuring that operations are automated and streamlined. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, which will be crucial for troubleshooting and resolving issues in customer environments.

You will also be involved in researching and developing solutions using new cloud technologies, which will enhance existing deployments and contribute to the development of new offerings. Your role will require you to engage with customers directly, providing them with the support they need to implement and sustain their enterprise systems effectively.
