You have 5+ years of experience in web development, particularly in integrating complex systems. Your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript allows you to create robust applications that meet user needs and industry standards. You understand the importance of seamless integration between GIS and BIM systems, and you are familiar with tools like AutoCAD that facilitate this process. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product owners and engineers to deliver innovative solutions. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, ensuring that your integrations are reliable and efficient. You are adaptable and eager to learn about evolving global standards in the AEC industry.
Desirable
Experience with cloud-based systems and geospatial technologies is a plus. Familiarity with Autodesk products and their integration with GIS systems will set you apart. You have a passion for sustainable infrastructure and are motivated to contribute to projects that have a positive impact on communities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement integrations between the ArcGIS geospatial cloud and various cloud-based BIM systems, including Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Platform Services. You will develop public and internal RESTful APIs to facilitate these integrations, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between platforms. You will create TypeScript components and widgets that are compatible with ArcGIS Experience Builder, enhancing user experience and functionality. Your work will involve automating geoprocessing tools to streamline data linking and management. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, contributing your expertise to define the future of GIS-AEC integration. You will also stay updated on industry trends and standards, ensuring that your solutions are innovative and compliant with regulatory requirements.
