With experience in leading quality initiatives, you excel at guiding strategy and implementation of UI, API, and integration tests — your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and DevOps. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying potential issues before they impact users.
You thrive in environments where you can champion quality practices and mentor others — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly helps foster a culture of quality within the team. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance testing processes.
What you'll do
As a Senior Quality Engineer at Everbridge, you will lead the charge in end-to-end test automation — your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies that cover UI, API, and integration tests. You will work closely with Engineering teams to ensure that quality is built into the software development lifecycle from the outset.
You will partner with Product and DevOps teams to build a scalable quality platform that meets the needs of the organization — your insights will help shape the direction of quality initiatives and ensure that testing practices align with business goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge of best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of Everbridge's software products — you will be instrumental in ensuring that the software we ship is of the highest quality, enabling our users to rely on our solutions for critical communications.
