Overview
Everlaw is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their GL Accounting Team. You'll be responsible for the month-end close process and key technical accounting areas. This role requires attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.

You are a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with experience in accounting, particularly in month-end close processes. You have a strong understanding of technical accounting areas and are committed to maintaining high standards for accuracy and efficiency. You thrive in a hands-on role where your contributions directly impact the success of the accounting team. You are eager to learn and grow, bringing your experience to uplift the team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Accountant at Everlaw, you will take ownership of key technical accounting areas, including ASC 842 lease accounting and stock-based compensation. You will manage and prepare complex accruals, expense allocations, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting. Your role will involve preparing and presenting monthly flux analysis, providing business context and commentary for your areas of ownership. You will also manage intercompany accounting processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the GL Accounting Team.
