You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on digital experiences and marketplace platforms. Your background includes working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that drive engagement and conversion. You are familiar with AI technologies and understand how to leverage them to enhance user experiences. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that align with business goals. You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration across teams. You thrive in hybrid work environments, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Desirable
Experience with quoting infrastructure and real-time data integration is a plus. Familiarity with modular infrastructure and SSR optimization will help you excel in this role. A passion for the insurance industry and understanding of consumer behavior in this space will set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager on the Site Experiences team, you will lead initiatives that enhance the consumer journey on EverQuoteโs platform. You will collaborate with design and engineering to create intuitive, high-converting site experiences that delight users and build trust with insurance providers. Your role will involve supporting the rollout of new quoting infrastructure optimized for AI and LLM discovery, ensuring that the site remains discoverable and conversion-ready. You will define success metrics for site performance and user engagement, using data to inform your decisions and iterate on product features. You will also engage in user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement in the quoting process. Your work will directly contribute to EverQuoteโs mission of being the leading growth partner for property and casualty insurance providers.
What we offer
EverQuote provides a competitive salary range of $125,000-152,000 for this full-time hybrid position, with starting salaries typically in the lower part of the range. Employees may also be eligible for variable compensation or equity programs based on their specific roles and responsibilities.
