You have 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or insurance sectors β you understand the intricacies of developing products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights that inform product strategy.
You excel in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with business development, engineering, and analytics teams β you know how to gather requirements and prioritize features that align with both customer needs and business objectives. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
You are familiar with AI-driven technologies and understand how they can be leveraged to enhance product offerings β your curiosity drives you to stay updated on industry trends and innovations that can benefit your customers. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Desirable
Experience in the insurance industry or with customer acquisition platforms would be a plus β you have a keen interest in how technology can transform traditional business models and improve customer experiences.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager on the Carrier Customers team, you will define the strategy and roadmap for features that enhance EverQuoteβs offerings to insurance providers. You will partner with business development to identify the needs of carrier customers and translate those into product requirements. Your role will involve overseeing the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions that drive growth for both EverQuote and its partners.
You will work closely with analytics teams to leverage data in making informed product decisions β this includes conducting user research and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and refine product features. You will also collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product developments align with technical capabilities and timelines.
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders across the organization β your ability to build relationships and foster collaboration will be key to your success. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure that EverQuote remains a leading growth partner for insurance providers.
What we offer
EverQuote offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $152,000 for this full-time hybrid position, with opportunities for variable compensation and equity participation based on performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to innovation and excellence in the insurance technology space.
